Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days unless on pre-order. Shipping time varies by location, and estimates are quoted at checkout. 

All international orders (outside AUS and NZ) ship from our Australian warehouse using DHL Express. 

Shipping terms are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning you are responsible for any customs tax specific to the country the drone is shipping to. Please check with your local customs authority which taxes you may need to pay upon the drone's arrival in your country.

As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
